04/15/2010 - Williamsburg Community Foundation Completes Successful Year
 On April 15, the Williamsburg Community Foundation held its Annual Meeting. Outgoing Chairman, Vernon Geddy reflected on the year's accomplishments which included completing the Chairman's Challenge Campaign and hosting a very successful 10th Anniversary Gala. Together, these two efforts raised a total of $845,000 for the Community Endowment and other Foundation activities. ..more
02/10/2010 - Williamsburg Community Foundation Announces Grants to Area Charities
 On February 10, 2010, the Board of Trustees of the Williamsburg Community Foundation presented grants totaling $20,621 to ten nonprofit organizations during a grant award ceremony. $8,000 was awarded from the Community Endowment, $1000 was awarded from the Genevieve McGiffert Memorial Fund for the Musical Performing Arts, $9,621 from the Benjamin R.
